Constitution and By-Law changes adopted at January Voters' Meeting!

Please take a moment to read, download or print your copy of the revised Constitution and By-Laws just adopted at the Voters' Meeting on January 29th.  It's effective as of February 1st.  Some important changes and additions included formally establishing a Human Resources, Compensation and Personnel Committee, and a more formal Finance and Budget Committee.  Those changes will help manage nearly 30 employees and what has become a larger budgeting situation in addition to investments at the LCMS Foundation.  There are other modifications, updates due to Synod/District requirements and efficiencies built into the By-Laws that will hopefully help Zion grow in a more sure manner.  Think about helping out and volunteering with your time and talents!  We'll be trying to organize an Evangelism Committee to do the job of the Great Commission!  Your Trustees have been extremely busy over the past four years; there's always a way to help out around the campus. There are always opportunities to find a place to help your church grow and thrive while leading souls to Christ at the same time.
