Important Sunday School Dates
Now through Sept. 3rd -- Summer Sunday School is meeting in Room 205 in the school wing! It's a combined class, ages 3-12, that runs through Sept. 3. We are using readings and activities from "Pray, Praise and Give Thanks: Jesus Teaches Us to Pray" published by CPH. The class will be geared mainly toward the Pre-K to K and Grades 1-3 age groups, but we would love to have the older children participate as helpers. We encourage the 4-6 graders to attend the Pastor's Bible class if that is more to their liking.

Sept 17th -- Rally Day! This special day kicks-off our 2023-24 Sunday school year. It will be held a week later than usual this year due to the 125th Anniversary celebration on Sept. 9-10th.

Zion Lutheran Church
The heart and soul of our worship is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe God comes to us in worship to forgive our sins, strengthen our faith, and equip us for the challenges and opportunities for the week ahead. Our worship times are 8:00 and 10:30 on Sunday mornings with a Bible Study for adults and Sunday School for children of all ages at 9:30. The Lord’s Supper is celebrated at both services every week. Sunday morning worship is the highlight of the week at Zion Lutheran Church!!! We hope you will be able to join us! Each Wednesday this year (2014), we also have a 7:00 p.m. service. This service is shorter than our weekend service, in order to accommodate families with young children.
