Sunday School News
Last day of Summer Sunday School is Sept 3rd. We meet in Room 205 in the Pre-School! The class is geared mainly toward the Pre-K to K and Grades 1-3 age groups, but we would love to have the older children participate as helpers.
The new SS year begins on September 17th -- Rally Day! (see details below) We'll start with the lessons remaining from Unit 6 of Enduring Faith, then proceed to Units 7 and 8. For September, we will be covering Lesson 8, "The Praying King-Hezekiah", and Lesson 9, "The Restoring King -- King Josiah".
Sunday School Teachers
Welcome Tevia Grimenstein as a new Teacher for Grades 1-3. "Thank You" to Megan Pasquini and Megan Glasser for their past work with that class, and for staying on as substitutes! We're looking for another Grade 1-3 teacher to join the rotation with the remaining two teachers at that grade level. Typically the rotation is 3-4 weeks on and 6-8 weeks off depending on what the teachers agree to do. Please let Jon or Connie Canale know if the Holy Spirit is moving you in this direction and we will be glad to discuss it with you.

A new school year is beginning, and it’s the perfect time for children, and adults, to Rally back to a great Sunday routine centered on the study of God’s Word!
• Coffee, juice, bagels, and other breakfast goodies!
• Sarris gift cards and the Zoo membership grand prize will be awarded to students who participated in CPH Reads!
• After the opening, students will meet their teachers and be dismissed to their SS classroom; adults/teens will stay for Pastor-led Bible study.
