Zion’s Congregational Art Show from 11/8/2024

Under the leadership of Events Committee Co-Chairs Megan Pasquini and Deborah Sterba, their team for this well-attended event included: Barbara Fisher, Sharon Stanley Haynes, Tracey Johnson, Ginny Kimberland, Linda Kroeger, Carrie Lemonovich, Barb Oechslein, Jim Oelschlager, and Mike Sterba.

Those providing their own works of art or family heirloom creations included: initiator and contributor Barbara Fisher, Tess Carter, Kim Erbrecht (father's work), Tom Erbrecht (father's work), Daniel Grimenstein, Joshua Grimenstein, Lydia Grimenstein, Pastor Grimenstein, Rachel Grimenstein, Tevia Grimenstein, Tracey Johnson, Nancy Klemash, Kate Lemonovich, Brent Miller, Marianne Miller (her own and mother Millie Thielet's), Jim Neill, Kristen Neill, and Jacque Oelschlager (photo of cake creations).

Musical performances were provided by: keyboardist Doug Krantz, cellist Anna Grimenstein, and members of the Zion Men's Choir. Guests enjoyed an elaborate charcuterie spread from The Cheese Queen, tasty cookies from Oakmont Bakery, and several refreshing wines. A delightful evening was had by all!

Zion Lutheran Church
The heart and soul of our worship is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe God comes to us in worship to forgive our sins, strengthen our faith, and equip us for the challenges and opportunities for the week ahead. Our worship times are 8:00 and 10:30 on Sunday mornings with a Bible Study for adults and Sunday School for children of all ages at 9:30. The Lord’s Supper is celebrated at both services every week. Sunday morning worship is the highlight of the week at Zion Lutheran Church!!! We hope you will be able to join us! Each Wednesday this year (2014), we also have a 7:00 p.m. service. This service is shorter than our weekend service, in order to accommodate families with young children.
